Welcome to Kneaded Yoga!
My name is Tracy Lee. I am a wife, mother, massage therapist, program instructor and yoga instructor. Kneaded Yoga was developed out of a passion for self-care/injury prevention and increasing the skill set of new therapists/rookies and veterans in the profession. I firmly believe there should be an increased emphasis on self-care in our industry because we take care of our clients every day which creates wear and tear on our bodies; therefore, it is time to start taking care of ourselves.
The Kneaded Yoga concept is designed to teach effective self-care techniques to be used alone or in conjunction with massage to help you and your clients receive the maximum benefit from the session. Kneaded Yoga is for self-care/injury prevention regardless of your occupation.
As a teacher, my goal is to empower students. My philosophy is that an instructor’s ability to empower others is what creates a great teacher. Some of the best instructors I ever worked with taught me to believe in myself first and foremost. I make every effort to do the same.
I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2010. I became an an approved provider through the NCBTMB in 2017. I have had a passion for helping people for as long as I can remember. I always tell my students – I can teach you many things, but I can not teach you how to care about someone. Please join me on this journey by attending a Kneaded Yoga CE workshop.
